To the Employees at Beck Motors: After several attempts turning and rearranging everything we thought we had to take – we got it all in the Tahoe and five of us had a great trip to Florida. Everyone who drove the Tahoe commented how nice it handled. It was borrowed to take dogs to kennel – haul ‘things’ after the reception – wedding gifts to the house, etc. Life is Good.

Can you really "Love" a vehicle? I went to bed last night asking myself that question. I mean, it seems silly to say that you, "love" your vehicle but as I thought about the below zero weather and the heated seats in my Escalade, it made me smile. The night before, in a snow storm, we had to get my son who was "stranded" because his car could not make it out of his friend's driveway. My Escalade had no trouble backing out of a driveway with two foot snow drifts and it did not slip or slide on the road. It was as if it hugged the road. Having your family protected in a vehicle like this makes the price of the vehicle seem very low. The peace of mind it brings for people who live in sub zero weather is worth more than any amount of money. To the people who say that it is impossible to "love" your vehicle, I would bet money that they have not driven an Escalade!

On May 23, 2008, I visited and purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche. My sales person was Scott Louis. Mr. Louis is a very professional and intelligent salesman. His polite mannerisms and experience I experienced is incomparable to any other dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. In fact no one can compare to the thoroughness as he explained every feature that was part of my new vehicle. As for the finance department, I must commend the politeness and hard work demonstrated by Tammy. Tammy went the extra mile and provided me suggestions for protecting my investment, by offering coverage’s and having the knowledge to instruct me on the best options to insure everything is covered for the future. The outstanding Service and Parts department were introduced to me after the sale by both Tammy and Scott. The Parts department assisted me in purchase of GM quality parts for customizing my truck and were on a personable level throughout the purchase. I have to say that no other dealer has treated me with such friendliness from the beginning and even after the sale. I have begun to refer people I come into contact with about the service I received from Beck Motors and have shared with them just the surface of my experience. I hope they too will walk away wowed as I did. In the future, I will be back to purchase my next vehicle from Beck Motors and will definitely look Scott Louis up for the sale of my next vehicle. Bob Jeffries is an excellent salesperson. He answered all of our questions and “stuck” with us until we finally agreed on a deal. Trace & Steve: Three weeks ago I drove my corvette through some construction in Herried, SD. Because of soft, deep disked up dirt some damage was done to the area beneath the front bumper. Chuck estimated the damage at more than $1000. I contacted the contractor doing the construction job and he came to Pierre last Monday, (yesterday) and looked the vehicle over and received a copy of the estimate. I haven't heard anything from him yet but expect to in the near future. Your body shop team and the maintenance team did everything possible to accommodate the contractor so he could verify the damage to the car. Without them, it would be almost impossible for me to show the extent of the damage. Bob Jefferies came and picked up the car and returned it to my garage. Beck motors stored it for four days waiting on the contractor to show. All in all, I don't believe there is another place in America you can get this type of service. I appreciate it very much and thank each of everyone of you.
