    When we bought the vehicle from Beck Motors in January, the salesman told us we get two free oil changes. When we picked up the vehicle, the office manager said their policy had changed and we would have to pay for the oil change. After arguing for awhile, the office manager left to discuss the matter with her supervisor. After 20 minutes of waiting for the office manager to return, she finally agreed to give us a free oil change but we will have to pay for the second oil change. I would think Beck Motors would honor prior commitments regardless of any policy change.

    Part dept ordered the necessary part. When part received they notified service department who contacted me to establish date for repair to be done. When I took in vehicle service department explained time needed to replace part and provided a loaner vehicle. When repair was complete service department notified me repair was complete. Excellent service from both part department and service department. when part received

    I put unleaded gas in my diesel. I didn’t start the truck and had it towed to the dealership. When the service department brought it in for service, they started it and drove it in. All of my research shows that the engines should not be started and you will mitigate current and future problems significantly. I was disappointed with the dealership not taking the time to manually push my new truck into the shop. Staff was professional in working with me, I’m just worried about potential future problems.
